2014 in review

Design

2014 had so many amazing moments that I will remember for the rest of my life. The birth of my son, moving back across the country to Columbus, Ohio, vacations to the beaches of Daytona, Zip-lining in middle of nowhere Tennessee, back to Pittsburgh for the first time in 3 years and relaxing by the fire at a cabin in Hocking Hills. Not to mention this entire year work wise was a huge success for me. I finished working at Ingenuity Engine after 3 amazing years and got a chance to work with the fantastic people at Spacejunk. I also made final preparations for my 2015 plans doing Zwelly co. full-time.

Here’s a few of my favorite moments of 2014

This last year for me career wise was preparation for 2015. This year I’m officially starting my own company and I’m hoping to work with many great agencies, studios and businesses. I’m also starting at Columbus College of Art and Design as an Adjunct Professor.

My goals for 2015 are as follows:

  • Build a company in Zwelly that can compete with other small companies all over the country.
  • Create at least 3 additional companies as an investment.
  • Meet 12 new people in the industry.
  • Travel to at least 3 places I’ve never been. Including one out of the country.
  • Read 10 books.
  • Run 200 miles.
  • Be a good husband and father by making sure none of the above takes away from supporting them.

To everyone else out there with big goals, Good Luck!
